Placed order and paid 40% of the amount...but no update on the order except payment received from the razorpay app.if online companies start behaving high and mighty once payment is done no one will purchase online....then what will you do shut shop and go home 🙄

After seeing the negative reviews I was very hesitant about ordering. However they kept coming up in searches and I really liked the look of the rails. Figuring what have I got to loose (I can always protest the charge on my Credit Card), I spoke with them about my concerns resulting from the negative reviews.Long and short I have to say I am 100% happy with BOTH the service and the product.
The glass and hardware will last. My advice is to plan your project giving them an extra two weeks on delivery and make sure your dimensions are exact. The product gives you lots of wiggle room, but starting from the right dimensions is important.
Recently visited this place which has wide varities of different glass items. They provide almost quality mirros which is made with good material. Glass crockery now in a trend and they have various varities of that too. Over all has nice experience with it.
