2-Year Limited Warranty – LED Mirrors

At Accent Mirror, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Accent Mirror LED Mirrors are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in electronic components under normal residential usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship related to the electronic and electrical components of the mirror, including but not limited to:

  • LED lighting strips

  • Power drivers and adapters

  • Touch sensors and dimmers

  • Anti-fog / defogger pads

  • Internal electrical wiring and connectors

If any of the above components fail due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, Accent Mirror will provide free replacement of the defective electronic parts.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To ensure fair and accurate assessment, the following steps must be strictly followed:

  1. The customer must provide a clear video recording demonstrating the issue, including power connection and fault symptoms.

  2. Our technical inspection team will evaluate the video evidence.

  3. Upon approval, Accent Mirror will dispatch the required electronic replacement parts to the customer.

  4. Replacement parts are designed for easy on-site installation by a local electrician.

Note: Physical inspection by our technicians may be requested in special cases.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Breakage, cracks, chipping, or scratches on mirror glass

  • Improper installation, loose wiring, or incorrect electrical connections

  • Damage caused by water seepage, moisture exposure, or damp wall surfaces

  • Voltage fluctuation, short-circuit, lightning, or power surges

  • Normal wear and tear over time

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure installation is done by a qualified electrician.

  • Maintain proper earthing and voltage regulation.

  • Retain the purchase invoice for warranty validation.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited strictly to the replacement of electronic components only. Accent Mirror shall not be liable for:

  • Installation or labor charges

  • Removal or re-installation expenses

  • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

Warranty Validity

  • Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery.

  • Transfer of ownership voids the warranty unless approved in writing.

  • Accent Mirror reserves the right to amend warranty terms without prior notice.
