I’m Sahil Malik, 24, Co-Founder of Accent Mirror. Born in Kolkata and holding an MBA, I lead the company’s operations—overseeing quality control, timely order delivery, after-sales service, and the brand’s entire online presence.
My role ensures that every customer receives a smooth, reliable, and premium experience from the moment they visit our website to the final delivery of their handcrafted mirror.
Atif Malik, 25
I’m Atif Malik, 25, Co-Founder of Accent Mirror. I lead all marketing initiatives, brand building, and our complete social media presence. My focus is on shaping how the world sees Accent Mirror—strengthening our identity, expanding our reach, and maintaining a premium digital experience for our audience.
Alongside my role at Accent Mirror, I am currently pursuing a degree in Law, which helps me bring structure, clarity, and strategic insight to the business as we continue to grow.

1970s – Present
A Legacy Begins
Long before Accent Mirror was born, their father entered the mirror and glass industry at the age of 15.
With nearly 50 years of craftsmanship and industry experience, he unknowingly built the foundation for what would later become the brothers’ passion.
His lifelong dedication shaped their understanding of quality, durability, and true craftsmanship.
2016
The First Spark
At only 16, Atif started his first small business providing local ride services.
This early venture gave him his first taste of entrepreneurship and independence.
2018
Discovers the Online World
At 17, Sahil made his first ₹3000 online by selling coupons to US clients through arbitrage, using his father’s PAN card to set up PayPal.
This breakthrough convinced him that digital business was his future.
2019
Two Brothers, One Vision
Atif’s early business experience and Sahil’s online skills came together.
Both brothers entered the coupon business and quickly scaled it using smart strategy, risk-taking, and teamwork.
2020
The Pandemic Reset
COVID-19 hit hard.
Their savings disappeared almost overnight, pushing them into learning trading, cryptocurrency, and the stock market.
Though unpredictable, this phase strengthened their resilience and appetite for risk.
2021
A Year of Uncertainty & Growth
Sahil shifted focus toward studies and learning web development.
Atif took a digital marketing job, gaining experience in online branding and customer behaviour.
Mid 2021
Searching for a New Path
Atif resigned from his job, eager to find a more meaningful opportunity.
During this time, Sahil continued experimenting with coding, websites, and e-commerce.
Late 2021
The Accidental Beginning
What began as a lighthearted experiment turned into destiny.
Out of joke, both brothers built a small Shopify store called Accent Mirror — initially just a learning project, with no expectations.
2022
A Lucky Break & a Small Beginning
Inspired by their father’s 50 years in the mirror industry, they realized mirrors were not just a product — it was their family legacy.
A fortunate IPO profit gave them just enough capital to try their luck in business again.
They invested ₹20,000 (₹10,000 each) into Accent Mirror — a tiny budget, but a huge dream.
This marked the real birth of Accent Mirror.
