How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 7 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Orders above 10,000 may takes upto 5/7 working days to dispatch and 3/5 days to deliver.

Shipping time for following areas after dispatch :-
1) DELHI & NCR – 5 to 7 days
2) Mumbai,other area in Maharashtra, Pune and Chattisgarh – 5 to 7 days days (facing delays due to government restrictions on non-essential goods)
3) Rest of south india/states in Eastern India – 6 to 10 days
4) rest of north india – 7 days
5) States in north east india – 7 days
Please note: Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.We request you to keep 2-3 days extra in hand.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
What is the process of shipping for return packages?
We have two shipping process
- Self Shipment [1]: Customer will ship the product and bearer of the shipping charges. Company will be responsible for any damages
- Self Shipment [2] Company pays the shipping charges but it’s customer responsibility to do the secure packaging and make sure to reach the item securely due to the nature of the product.
Once the return is accepted, then customer have to ship the product within 7 days. Failed to do so will void any return/replacement policy.
Note: In case of broken item received then company is liable to pay the shipping charges. In case of any quality/defective issues, customer is liable to pay the shipping charges.
What is the Cancellation fee & Process?
Cancellation for make-in-order & custom orders won’t be tolerated after 24 hours. 20% Cancellation fee will be levied on the product value if the cancellation applied after 24 hours.
Cancellation fee during delivery won’t be tolerated due to nature of the fragile items. As a result, any refund will be process after deduction of 30% as to fees and less shipping charges

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.
