4. Do you offer installation services?
Currently, we do not provide installation. However, all our mirrors come with the required mounting brackets and instructions. We recommend using a local professional for secure installation.
5. What if my mirror arrives damaged?
We take utmost care in packaging, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. Pleaseshare unboxing videos or images within 24–48 hoursof delivery for us to evaluate and assist with a resolution
6. Can I return or exchange my mirror?
Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged or defective, and reported within 48 hours. Custom and made-to-order mirrors arenon-returnable and non-refundable.
7. What if I received a different size than ordered?
Please cross-check your order confirmation. If there’s a mismatch, contact our support team immediately with pictures and your order ID. We will resolve the issue on priority if it’s a dispatch error on our part.
8. Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we provide a 2 -years functional warranty on LED components and sensors. Physical damage, moisture damage, or mishandling is not covered under warranty.
