After seeing the negative reviews I was very hesitant about ordering. However they kept coming up in searches and I really liked the look of the rails. Figuring what have I got to loose (I can always protest the charge on my Credit Card), I spoke with them about my concerns resulting from the negative reviews.

The glass and hardware will last. My advice is to plan your project giving them an extra two weeks on delivery and make sure your dimensions are exact. The product gives you lots of wiggle room, but starting from the right dimensions is important.
Recently visited this place which has wide varities of different glass items. They provide almost quality mirros which is made with good material. Glass crockery now in a trend and they have various varities of that too. Over all has nice experience with it.
