Terms and Conditions for Personalized Mirror
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the purchase and use of personalized mirrors (“Product”) from Accent Mirror Co, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
- Ordering Process:
1.1 To place an order for a personalized mirror, customers must provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process. - Customers are responsible for verifying the correctness of the customization details, including text, design, and any other personalized elements, before confirming the order.
- The average turnaround time for personalized mirrors is 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation. 1.4 The default font for personalization is “sans-serif,” and the personalized name will be positioned above the touch sensor of the mirror unless specified otherwise by the customer.
- Customization:
2.1 We reserve the right to reject any customization that violates our content guidelines, including offensive or inappropriate language, symbols, or images. Customers acknowledge that slight variations in color, size, and positioning of the personalized elements may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
- Payment:
3.1 Payment for the personalized mirror is required in full at the time of order placement. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.. - In case payment made via COD,then one of our executive will reach out to the customer for the payment. After that order will be processed from our end.
- Cancellation and Refund:
4.1 Orders for personalized mirrors cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the production process. 4.2 Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the Product to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping and Delivery:
5.1 Delivery times may vary depending on the customization complexity and shipping destination. 5.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
- Product Care:
6.1 Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with the personalized mirror to ensure its longevity. 6.2 We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, cleaning, or maintenance of the Products
By placing an order for a personalized mirror, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and customers are encouraged to review them periodically for changes.
